Kristin Nash, Vantel Pearls Demonstrator from Fredericksburg, VA, is having a blast with her successful business while working full time as a DJ and being a mom to her beautiful daughter, Kaden. She has found herself at the number 1 spot on the Vantel Pearls Top 20 in 2008 and is among the very highest recruiters of the year, to date. She took some time from her busy schedule to answer some questions about her Vantel Pearls business. |
So far in 2008, you're among the top of the company in both sales and recruiting. How do you present the Business Opportunity at your Parties and elsewhere?
I really liked the idea of opening oysters with pearls! I am genuinely excited and it just shows. This excitement makes it easy to book parties and present the Opportunity. I follow Vantel Pearls training tools. I didn't need to re-invent the wheel!
Because your sales are so high and you're balancing a full time job and being a mom with your Vantel Pearls business, how do you focus and manage your time?
I decided that I would only work every other weekend. That's when I do parties! I like to schedule at least 4 parties during that time. I work closely with my Hostesses, so I have very few postponements. Now I am working on recruiting and that makes it a little easier on me. ;)
What are your short and long term goals for your Vantel Pearls Business?
I really didn't have a big goal when I started... except to help pay my mortgage. Now though, I have BIG goals! I see the money I earn and how much fun this is, and I want it all! I am in the Manager In Training program. I want to become the best Manager I can be and then go from there. The opportunities to grow are very exciting!
4) Are you planning on attending National Conference?
I wouldn't miss it for the world! I think I get to be a pearl driller.. now that's something for the resume.. ;)
