At Vantel Pearls, I believe we can change lives. I believe our purpose is much greater than making financial gains, or becoming "successful" in the traditional sense. Our purpose is to provide a warm feeling of being beautiful to our customers, an atmosphere of fun and surprise at our parties, but most importantly our purpose is to nurture very strong personal development amongst anyone who works with us.
The world truly is our oyster. We can take an irritation in our lives' -troubles, roadblocks, dream-stealers, traumatic events, ANYTHING and we can produce within us the most beautiful, natural, iridescent, bright and sparkling, multi-dimensioned, one-of-a kind, never to be reproduced again, unique and special, gem of nature...a pearl. As Vantel Pearls grows by leaps and bounds, it is important for us to understand what we believe in. I have developed eight principles or "Treasured Gems" so we can make ethical, practical and moral decisions about what's important, what really matters .
